Setting targets assist in the development of new behaviors, the direction of your focus, and the sustaining of momentum in life. Goals can also help

you focus and feel more in control of your life. Finally, you

can't manage what you don't measure, and you can't improve what you don't manage correctly.





Workout Plan

Having a plan on how your are going to achive this is very helpful. This will help you be more realsitc and not to get your expectations to high . This will hlep you stay consitent and willl help get the results you have worked hard to achieve. Just doing a little bit of workout or for a certain amount of time will benefit you in the long run. You will get the health and the fitness benefits. If you make the plan you can make it sustabile for your life and your routine. Do not be afraid to try diffrent types of workout and see what workes best for you.



Diet Plan


Having a health diet plan or menu is vey important for your fitness journey. It will help you ahieve your goals qiucker. Obvisouly you picka deit that you can manage and is sustainable. Unless your not really into being on a diet. Just burn more than you eat.


Positive Attidude

When beginning your fitness Journey go it it with a postive attitude and i cn do it attitude. This will help you be more consistent. Once you see results you will get more motivation to continue. The midset is very imporant beacuse it will dictate you actions. If you belive you can you will.



Enjoy the proccess.

There is always room for improvment. Starting your fitness Jouney will be a lifestyle change. Once you have reached your goal, you have to maintain that amazing body you have worked hra to achive. The grind just never stops. Its okay to take breaks every now and then. Just have fun and let me know how its going.
