How to care for your clothes.
1. Buy fabrics that are durable and good quality
The better and strong the quality is the longer it can last you. You will not have to go shop very often again. It could be great if you buy something that dose not ned to much care. For e.g Leather Coat
2. Fold clothes along the seams
to avoid unwanted creases and to maintain the shape of the item. I personally like to hang most of my clothing because it happens that I don t wear a certain item for a very long time. Over time it gets a line from being in a folded position for so long. When I need to wear it happens that I need to iron it before I can wear it and its just such an in convinces at times. At least when I hang my things they stay straight and I have less stress.
3. Learn basic repairs.
Learning to complete basic repairs on your clothing — such as replacing a loose thread or a missing button — can make them last longer and save you a tonne of money. It is so easy to learn basic repairs. Once you get the hang of things you will not be sad about not wearing it as often as you use to.
4. Store properly
Correct storage can really prolong the lifespan of a garment. Try storing your knitwear with lavender or moth balls for added protection against clothes moths. It’s important to not overfill your wardrobe, as clothes need breathing space – this will also prevent wrinkling and colour loss from clothes rubbing together.
Hope you find this tips helpful. I hope your clothing last you longer.
